Rosie over at Sweetapolita created these pink champagne cake pops for New Year’s Eve, but are really suitable for any celebratory occasion (for over-21s!!) IMHO. Based on the traditional champagne cake recipe which dates from the 50s, this modern update looks an awful lot of fun, and is definitely worth noting for your next party occasion!
